Andrea moved to Ridgway in 2014 and completed construction on a home with her husband in 2017. She has been an advocate of affordable housing and community sustainability since she joined the Ouray County Housing Committee in 2018. After attending Grounded Solutions Network's 2018 annual conference on community land trusts, she has been committed to cultivating the CLT model in Ouray County. She has a certificate in nonprofit management and over three years of commercial real estate development experience in Ridgway.

Kelly Goodin

Kelly moved to the area in 2005 and was very fortunate to benefit from Ridgway’s first affordable housing project, allowing her to become a homeowner in Ridgway in 2007. Kelly is committed to helping others gain such opportunities through the Home Trust’s vision of building an inclusive and economically diverse community.

Kelly served as the first executive director for Second Chance Humane Society in Ridgway for almost 18 years. Her background also includes behavioral health and community development within marginalized communities. With graduate degrees in social work and sport psychology, Kelly is passionate about supporting individuals, organizations, and communities in fulfilling their potential.

Kristin King-Ries

Kristin is an attorney whose practice centers on community land trusts and other shared equity housing and farm models. Kristin represents CLTs on legal matters ranging from ground lease review, negotiating and drafting real estate agreements, advising on choice of entity and entity formation, planning and development of home ownership projects, HOA declarations, permanent affordability stewardship issues, and nonprofit governance. She reviews purchases and sales of community land trust homes, and helps CLTs navigate homeowner bankruptcy and foreclosure. In states where she is not licensed, Kristin associates with local counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. She serves as a consultant on agrarian commons legal models to Agrarian Trust and the Vermont Law School's Center for Agriculture and Food Systems. She has served on several nonprofit boards of directors.

Before starting her private practice, she served as General Counsel for Trust Montana, a statewide CLT. 

She graduated from Washington University School of Law, where she was President of the Women’s Law Caucus and an editor for the Law Review. Kristin writes and presents on a variety shared equity property ownership legal issues.

Lori is the founder of ThinkSharp! Consulting. Lori has over 10 years of grant management and NPO consulting experience, and her work has led to increased and stable funding for each client she works with. She prides herself on her client and funder relationships, strategic thinking and planning, and ability to represent her clients with integrity and passion.

Amy Stahlin

Amy started working as a nonprofit volunteer in her childhood, and that has continued into her adult life with ever-increasing responsibilities. In addition to taking on clients at ThinkSharp! Consulting, she has worked as a grant consultant for a private university. She is a gifted writer, strategic thinker, and team player.
