Parkside Duplex

In December 2021 the Home Trust of Ouray County received its first land donation. The duplex lot is located in the Parkside subdivision in the town of Ridgway. We have partnered with Impact Development Fund on architectural plans and Habitat for Humanity of the San Juans for assistance with applicant selection. On-Sight Construction is our local builder for the project.

Our partnerships allow us to substantially reduce the cost of building and provides trusted subcontractors familiar with building affordable housing. This project is the Home Trust’s number one priority.

We broke ground on this project in October 2023 with a completion target date of November 2024.
